Guest Safety
This property has one or more exterior cameras that record or transmit video, images, or audio.
As is typical, it is recommended to close all doors and windows at bedtime. Our caretakers live a few minutes away.
House Rules
• no pets allowed
• no smoking or vaping allowed indoors
• dispose of all garbage in the trash bins
• report any damages and or breakages in a timely manner
• damages exceeding security deposit value must be paid by guests
• turn off air conditioning when leaving the villa.
• up to 12 guests allowed...additional guests are USD $50 / $350 TTD each per night
