This property has one or more exterior cameras that record or transmit video, images, or audio. 

As is typical, it is recommended to close all doors and windows at bedtime. Our caretakers live a few minutes away.

• no pets allowed

• ⁠no smoking or vaping allowed indoors

• ⁠dispose of all garbage in the trash bins 

• ⁠report any damages and or breakages in a timely manner

• ⁠damages exceeding security deposit value must be paid by guests  

• ⁠turn off air conditioning when leaving the villa. 

• ⁠up to 12 guests allowed...additional guests are US$50 each per night

Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 30 days before check-in.

1. If a guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. 

2. ⁠If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, no refund is applicable.  

3. ⁠Guests can receive a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Check-in Time: from 12pm-3pm (flexible) 

Checkout Time: 12pm (flexible depending on our bookings)

We tend to be flexible with our in & out times so do not be afraid to ask for a little extra time.
