Guest Safety- 

This property has one or more exterior cameras that record or transmit video, images, or audio. 

- it is recommended to close all doors and windows when going to bed.

• No pets allowed

• ⁠no smoking/ vaping allowed

• ⁠dispose of all garbage in the trash bin 

• ⁠report any damages and or breakages in a timely manner

• ⁠damages exceeding security deposit amount must be paid by guests  

• ⁠make sure to turn off air conditioning when leaving the villa. 

- up to 12 guests allowed additional guests $50 USD each per night. 

Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 30 days before check-in, except in certain cases such as-

1. If a guests cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. 

2. ⁠if a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, no refund is allowed.  

3. ⁠guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in

Check- In Time- from 12pm-3pm ( flexible) 

Checkout-12 pm ( flexible depending on bookings)

We tend to be flexible with our check-in & out times so do not be afraid to ask for a little extra time.
